The company is a wholly Swedish-owned enterprise, mainly engaged in the design and manufacturing of medical devices and their spare parts as an OEM/ODM company. It is an affiliated enterprise in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China of the SHL Group, which has multiple subsidiaries worldwide. The SHL Group was founded in Sweden in 1989 by Chairman Roger Samuelsson. Currently, the Group is divided by business nature into three subsidiaries: SHL Medical, SHL Technologies, and SHL Healthcare, whose respective business scopes are: drug delivery systems, medical technology, industrial manufacturing, and hospital and home care equipment.
The SHL Group fully utilizes the principle of internal resource sharing to provide customers with fast and complete services.
