Hunan Shende Steel Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Singapore Lanbao Group. Founded in 1989, the company is a large-scale group enterprise integrating shipbuilding, coastal engineering, steel investment, mining development, metallurgical smelting, steel production and sales, and cross-border multi-project, multi-field engineering design and construction, as well as cross-regional multi-product services. The company was jointly funded and established by multinational investment groups from Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, and China DMH Investment Company, aiming to leverage the company's strong consortium financial strength, technical strength, scientific research strength, and sound international sales system to promote the "Made in China" and Shende Steel brand onto the international stage. In 2014, on the basis of its complete business operations, it developed into a Sino-foreign joint venture joint-stock company, with a registered capital of 20 million, a total investment of 320 million, foreign parties holding 60% and Chinese parties holding 40%, and a joint venture term of fifty years. The group company's production line factories are located in Qingdao and Nantong. The company's products mainly involve steel manufacturing and sales, producing seamless steel pipes, electric resistance welded steel pipes, double-sided submerged arc welded steel pipes, and spiral welded steel pipes, with an annual output of 200,000 tons of various steel pipes; it also deals in oil and natural gas pipelines, marine equipment, pipe fittings, automated industrial control systems, offshore drilling platforms, power station equipment and related supporting services for their parts. The group company currently has more than 10 branches. To ensure business development, the company has steel pipe distribution centers of more than 200 mu in Tianjin, Jiangsu, and other places, with year-round inventory of 10,000 tons of seamless steel pipes and welded pipes of various specifications and materials, used to meet the urgent needs of foreign customers and domestic projects. With years of operation, the company has continuously expanded and has formed a complete and strong supply system and network marketing system. In 2016, the company passed ISO9001 quality management system certification. Its products sell well in South America, Africa, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Australia, the Americas, and other countries, and are highly praised by users. At present, the company has completed fixed supplier registration with 15 global oil companies, 19 natural gas companies, and 12 shipyards, making tremendous efforts to promote the "Made in China" brand globally.
