China Eastern Airlines Corporation Limited (China Eastern Airlines) is a state-controlled airline headquartered in Shanghai, China. It was restructured based on the former China Eastern Air Holding Company, merging with China Northwest Airlines and joining with China Yunnan Airlines. It is the first Chinese civil aviation company listed on the stock exchanges in Hong Kong, New York, and Shanghai. On February 4, 5, and November 5, 1997, China Eastern Airlines Corporation Limited was successfully listed on the New York Stock Exchange, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and the Shanghai Stock Exchange, respectively. It is one of the three major state-owned backbone airlines in China.

China Eastern Airlines E-Commerce Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Eastern Airlines Corporation Limited.
