岗位职责：
1、负责公司核心产品的需求分析、代码开发、功能迭代与系统维护，保障产品稳定高效运行；
2、负责跨项目组技术接口对接、联调测试，解决接口交互中的技术问题，保障各系统数据互通；
3、负责项目技术架构设计、方案编写，完成技术文档、接口文档、部署文档的撰写与归类管理；
4、参与前后端技术选型、性能优化，解决开发过程中的核心技术难题；
5、配合团队完成代码评审、单元测试，保障代码质量与开发规范落地。
任职要求：
1、计算机、软件工程等相关专业，5年及以上 Java 全栈开发相关工作经验；
2、精通 Java 编程语言，熟练掌握 Java 集合、多线程、IO、反射等核心基础知识；
3、熟练掌握 Spring、SpringMVC、MyBatis、Hibernate 等主流 Java 开发及M 框架，理解其底层原理；
4、熟练掌握 MySQL 关系型数据库，熟悉 MongoDB 等 NoSQL 数据库，能独立完成数据库设计、SQL 优化、索引优化；
5、熟练使用 Memcached、Redis 等缓存技术，了解 RabbitMQ/RocketMQ/Kafka 等消息中间件的使用场景与基本原理；
6、精通 HTML、CSS、JavaScript 原生开发，熟练使用 Vue 前端框架，具备独立开发前端页面的能力；
7、掌握 c# 编程语言，有国产操作系统、国产数据库、国产中间件等国产化系统开发经验者优先；
8、具备良好的代码规范、文档编写能力，沟通协作能力强，有责任心，能主动解决问题。
