任职要求：
参与业务系统的需求分析、架构设计及核心模块开发，保障系统高性能、高可用性；根据项目需求完成Java后端开发任务，包括功能实现、接口设计、数据库优化等；配合团队完成系统集成、技术方案评审及线上问题排查与优化；设计并实现基于dubbo的分布式架构，保障系统在千万级电池数据场景下的稳定性与扩展性；

计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，2年以上Java开发经验精通Spring Boot、Dubbo、MyBatis等主流框架，熟悉微服务架构设计与部署（如Nacos、Sentinel）；熟悉MySQL/PostgreSQL优化，具备高并发场景数据库设计能力；熟练使用Redis、Kafka/RabbitMQ、ElasticSearch等中间件，有消息队列、缓存、全文检索等场景落地经验；熟悉Git、Jenkins、SonarQube等开发工具链，具备良好的代码规范与单元测试习惯。加分项有分布式、大型系统项目经验优先有分库分表、读写分离等实践经历熟悉Linux环境，掌握Shell/Python脚本编写，有Docker/K8s部署经验者优先；
