【岗位职责】
1、参与产品需求分析、技术调研,并根据需求编写系统文档(开发文档)及接口文档，独立、快速完成软件业务编码;
2、负责公司现有产品模块的优化及 BUG 修复,并提出改进意见;
3、协助完成系统架构的设计;
4、完成上级领导安排的其他工作。
【岗位要求】
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，实际工作经验3年以上，有扎实的 Java 基础(熟悉 io 、多线程、集合等基础)，有良好的代码风格。
2、熟悉SpringCloud、nacos全家桶，精通springBoot、MyBatis-Plus。
3、熟悉Redis、Kafka、Minio、ES等常用中间件，能利用其进行缓存优化、异步消息处理，提升系统性能。
4、熟悉数据关系型数据库MySql、Oracle、hive、doris、iceberg等大数据数据库，熟悉事务原理、SQL优化。
5、了解分布式容器化技术，熟练使用 Docker、Kubernetes（K8S）等，了解底层核心原理，能进行容器编排、部署与运维。
6、熟悉使用Maven、Git、SVN等管理工具。
7、具备良好的沟通能力、服务意识、责任心，有医疗相关项目经验优先。
