6.具备restful api开发经验；
7.了解云原生监控体系（Prometheus+Grafana），根据监控集群资源利用率、应用性能指标，快速定位并解决生产环境问题。

任职要求
1.本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先
2.5年以上 Java 开发经验，具备大型分布式系统开发经验者优先
3.精通 Java 语言及 JVM 原理，熟悉多线程、高并发编程
4.掌握 Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis 等主流框架
5.熟悉微服务架构设计，具备服务治理（熔断、限流、配置中心）实战经验
6.熟悉云原生监控体系（Prometheus+Grafana）和CI/CD 自动化流程
7.熟悉 MySQL/Redis/RabbitMQ/Kafka 等中间件的使用及性能调优
8.了解分库分表、读写分离、缓存策略等高并发场景下的数据库优化方案
9.代码能力扎实，能够主动重构冗余代码，优化系统可维护性并参与Code Review
10.能够独立排查线上问题，通过日志、监控工具定位性能瓶颈
11.对技术有热情，主动学习新技术，认真负责，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神
12.良好的中英文听说和读写能力,会粤语为加分项
13.能够编写清晰的技术文档（如标准Open API规范接口文档、架构设计方案），便于团队成员理解和维护
