Guangzhou South China Information Security Evaluation Center was established in March 2007 as a third-party neutral and authoritative service institution to support China's information security classified protection system and build the South China information security assurance system. The center is supervised by the Guangzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau and relies on the Guangzhou Information Network Security Association. It fully integrates social resources and jointly builds with member units of the association (well-known information security enterprises, service units, and related institutions). In recent years, the center has been entrusted to undertake risk assessment and evaluation work for key information security projects of relevant national ministries and commissions, earning unanimous praise from all sectors of society.
