Hunan Jiayu Industrial Co., Ltd. is a large private enterprise group mainly engaged in real estate investment and development, urban public utility investment and construction, heavy machinery equipment manufacturing, and financial and securities investment.

At present, the Group's main business is real estate investment and development. The company has successfully developed and built a 300,000 ㎡ large humanities community, "Wanxu Garden." The Jiayu Shengshi Huazhang project located in the Sports New City section has a total construction area of 450,000 ㎡, and is a new Chinese-style humanities residential community combining traditional Huizhou dwellings with modern new culture. The currently on-sale "Jiayu Yinshan" project has a planned construction area of 200,000 ㎡, and the "Jiayu Xiangjiang Beicheng" living circle that the company focuses on building has a planned construction area of 1.3 million ㎡.
In the municipal investment and construction section, on October 8, 2010, the company won the bid for the Xiangjiang Avenue North Extension Line (Dingzi section) BT project with a total investment of 900 million yuan, which has now all been accepted and opened to traffic; in 2012, it won the bid for the Tengfei Road-Zhixian Road BT project with a total investment of 700 million yuan, which is currently under construction. In 2007, the company successfully acquired Changsha Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd., which after share reform was renamed Hunan Changzhong Machinery Joint-stock Co., Ltd., generating annual profits and taxes of over 100 million yuan and occupying a considerable market share.
In terms of financial investment, the company invested in and became a shareholder of Jixiang Life Insurance Joint-stock Co., Ltd. and invested in and became a shareholder of Changsha Rural Commercial Bank. In the future, it will further expand its layout of high-quality financial assets over a broader scope.
