Bowei Software (Stock Code: 836323) was founded in 2003 by a team of US-educated PhDs in New Jersey, a hub of biomedical technology innovation. In 2009, BloomTek Corporation (Bowei Software), based in the United States, was selected under the "313 Program" of the Changsha Municipal Government for the introduction of high-level overseas talent, and settled in Changsha, China.

Bowei Software has been engaged in the research and development of core technologies for medical software informatization for over ten years. Its 3D medical image reconstruction organ analysis system and PACS product series have successfully covered thousands of hospitals at home and abroad, breaking through many limitations of traditional 2D image diagnosis. This not only improves the diagnostic accuracy of medical staff, but also supports the development of diagnosis and treatment technologies in multiple departments such as cardiology and gastroenterology.

With the arrival of the big data era and the advancement of multiple national policies on "developing the health and medical big data industry," Bowei Software actively responded and made a breakthrough in developing big data acquisition technology—101 heterogeneous data fusion technology—which solves the dilemma of "difficult integration, long cycles, and high costs" between information silos. At present, this technology has been successfully implemented in many places and has received widespread praise. In addition to the medical field, this technology is also widely applicable to other industries and departments with information chimneys and data silos, such as public security, electric power, logistics, smart cities, taxation, insurance, and tourism.

Adhering to the corporate spirit of "unite as one, strive for excellence," Bowei people actively innovate and tackle difficult problems, having obtained 23 software copyrights and dozens of independently developed patented technologies. In 2016, leveraging the outstanding market performance of its digital medical imaging system and 101 data integration platform, Bowei Software successfully listed on the New Third Board.
In 2017, the 101 universal data acquisition engine amazed the world, defeating many strong international teams from Europe and the United States to win the championship of the "Third China International Big Data Mining Competition."
