Group Introduction Vitasoy International Holdings Limited was founded in 1940 and has a glorious history of more than 70 years. It is the largest non-carbonated beverage manufacturer and distributor in Hong Kong. Its Vitasoy and Vita brand products are household names in Hong Kong and known to everyone. Vitasoy Group has developed steadily and was listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in 1994 (0345.HK). It currently has seven factories worldwide, in Mainland China, the United States, Australia, and Singapore. The company mainly produces and sells more than 100 products in six major categories, including soy beverages, tea beverages, milk, juice, distilled water, and coffee beverages, including Vitasoy soy milk, lemon tea, chrysanthemum tea, orange juice, mango juice, coffee, and distilled water. Its products sell well in more than 20 countries and regions, including Mainland China, the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United Kingdom, Austria, Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia, and are deeply loved by consumers. In Mainland China, we have 3 factories: Shenzhen Vitasoy (Guangming) Food & Beverage Co., Ltd.; Vitasoy (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.; and Vitasoy (Foshan) Co., Ltd. The Wuhan factory is Vitasoy's fourth factory in China. Vitasoy (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. Vitasoy (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. was established on October 21, 2014, and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Vitasoy International Group. In the future, it will produce and sell plant protein beverages and tea beverages. Its main products include Tetra Pak and glass-bottled Vitasoy, Vitasoy lemon tea, and other products. These products will cover Central China and support the business development needs of East China and South China. It is a large modern beverage production base. Project investment: RMB 500 million for Phases I and II. Site area: 167 mu, approximately 104,468.21 square meters. Building area: 123,905 square meters. Phase I factory building: 47,160 square meters; Phase II factory building: 63,744 square meters. Project progress: the factory was completed in December 2015 and officially put into production in April 2016.
