The company consists of three business lines:
Lean Line · Zhisheng Field, undertaking the lean component. Helping factories solidify their management foundation—team leader development, work method standardization, improvement activity operations. Independently developed a frontline manager learning platform and 48 position-specific courses, all with independent intellectual property rights. This system grew from the workshop floor, not copied from textbooks.
Talent Line · Zhisheng Workplace, undertaking the talent component. Providing talent services for manufacturing AI scenarios, from external recruitment to internal development, including OPC super individual community operations, corporate AI training, technical salons, addressing the talent gap of "understanding both production lines and AI."
AI Line · Smart Manufacturing Factory, undertaking the AI component. Building intelligent agents that can truly work in manufacturing scenarios; reaching strategic cooperation with multiple partners, building an ecosystem partner network for manufacturing delivery systems, providing AI products and services from industrial drawing data assetization to intelligent agent development and deployment.
The same AI tools: factories with solid foundations use them for efficiency gains, while those with weak foundations instead solidify waste. So our approach has always been to first help enterprises clarify their frontline, then let AI take the stage. The order cannot be reversed.
