Provincial Chutian Cloud

In 2015, under the guidance of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government, Hubei Lianlian Group, together with FiberHome Communications, established Hubei Chutian Cloud Co., Ltd. ("Provincial Chutian Cloud"). Provincial Chutian Cloud has deepened the application of digital technology, providing full-cycle solutions and diversified integrated services for the provincial government cloud and "digital government" construction. In 2025, Hubei Big Data Group was established, integrating digital industry platform companies including Provincial Chutian Cloud, and investing in the construction of the province's digital infrastructure.
From "Smart Hubei" to "Digital Government," the provincial government has continuously assigned new missions and tasks to Provincial Chutian Cloud. Provincial Chutian Cloud is responsible for the construction and operation of the provincial government cloud platform, promoting the digital transformation of government affairs across the province. Through building a "1+17+N" provincial one-cloud system, it has achieved efficient collaboration among multiple departments. After the platform went online, with its security protection system, it has resisted over 10 billion cyber attacks. On this basis, it built a data exchange hub platform, integrating provincial government data, gathering over 60 billion pieces of government data, and creating an urban digital public infrastructure platform, forming a unified management and control system. As the contractor and operator of Hubei Province's digital government construction (Phase I), it has built the province's integrated online government service platform, improved the comprehensive grassroots governance service platform, and promoted digital government construction.
Provincial Chutian Cloud owns 200+ software copyrights and 40+ invention patents, has been approved to establish a postdoctoral research workstation, and has successively won honors such as the National Advanced Collective in the Industrial and Information Technology System, the National "Top Ten Government Clouds," the Hubei Provincial May 1st Labor Award, and the Hubei Youth May 4th Medal Collective. The big data supervision platform of the Hubei Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision developed by the company won the "National Poverty Alleviation Organizational Innovation Award," and was included in the list of Hubei Province Hidden Champion Demonstration Enterprises and "Golden Seed" Enterprises for Listing Reserve, and three times won the "Science and Technology Reform Demonstration Enterprise" benchmark list.
