The company has a registered capital of 40 million yuan and currently employs nearly 600 people. Its revenue reached the 1 billion yuan level in 2021. The company operates in two major business segments: metal and plastics.
Metal business segment: It possesses mature integrated stamping and welding development technologies, with more than 160 pieces of equipment including various 160-2000T stamping presses, hydraulic presses, and robotic welding machines. It has strong production capacity for complex automotive parts made of ultra-high-strength steel and deep-drawn steel plates, and was among the first to develop China V and China VI metal fuel tanks. Main products include structural parts, fuel tanks, brakes, swing arms, instrument panel cross car beams (CCB), etc.;
Plastics business segment: It has multiple mature production processes including injection molding, painting, hot-press forming, vacuum adsorption, in-mold graining (IMG), vibration friction welding, and integrated robotic ultrasonic punching and welding. It owns two automatic bumper painting production lines with an annual capacity of 250,000 sets and 350,000 sets respectively, as well as multiple domestically advanced equipment such as elevated automated warehouses. Main products include automotive front/rear bumpers, main/auxiliary instrument panel assemblies, door interior panels, pillars, wheel arches, and other interior and exterior trim parts.
