Wanhui Hardware

Wanhui (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise, solely invested by Hong Kong Wanhui Hardware Investment Co., Ltd. In 2002, approved by the Shenzhen Municipal Government, it was registered and established as Huayue Hardware (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. in the Shenzhen Export Processing Zone, and was completed and put into production in October 2004. In February 2012, the Company changed its name to Wanhui Hardware (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of USD 10 million and a total investment of USD 20 million. Main business: designing, producing and operating various lock products and lock accessories. Products are 100% exported, with an annual output of over 1 million dozen.
The predecessor of the Company was Huayue Hardware Products Factory (hereinafter referred to as the Original Factory), established in 1984 in the *Industrial Zone of Kuichong Town, Longgang District, Shenzhen. The Original Factory produced in the form of foreign-funded processing with supplied materials for 20 years, with management led by personnel from a Hong Kong company. It accumulated rich production management experience and mastered the core technology for manufacturing various lock products and their production equipment. Through continuous improvement by the technical department, the production process reached the advanced level of semi-automated assembly. The Company currently has more than 1,100 employees. The factory area covers 51,400 square meters with a building area of 39,400 square meters; the living area covers 22,000 square meters with a building area of 17,500 square meters. The Company is people-oriented, treats employees well, implements the national Labor Law and the Shenzhen labor protection regulations, guarantees employees* minimum wage income, and never delays wages; purchases for every employee: work injury insurance, medical insurance, and pension insurance; the factory area and living area are equipped with various functional activity zones. Apart from buildings, the green area reaches 100%; implements humanized corporate management.
The Company puts production first, regards product quality as its life, adheres to the quality policy of "Quality in hand at all times", and through the concerted efforts of all employees, obtained the "ISO-9000" international standard quality system certification in 1996, bringing quality management to a new level. The Company takes compliance with the laws, regulations and relevant provisions of the People's Republic of China as its purpose, and is subject to the jurisdiction and protection of Chinese law. Since its development from the Original Factory to the present, the Company has been continuously rated as a "Trustworthy Enterprise" and "Class A Factory" by Customs.
