II. Overview of Feiliks South China Region
Feiliks South China Region is centered on Shenzhen, Dongguan, and Hong Kong, and includes Feiliks Logistics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., Feiliks Logistics (Asia Pacific) Co., Ltd., Dongguan Feiliks Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd., Dongguan Feiliks Modern Logistics Co., Ltd., and external collaborating units in Yantian, Qianhai, the airport, and other locations. Its business segments involve warehousing, freight forwarding, trade, supply chain, and other fields, with a warehouse area of more than 80,000 square meters. Among them, Shenzhen Feiliks serves as the headquarters of the South China Region, and is functionally divided into two major modules: business support departments and functional management departments, so as to serve and support the business development of each subsidiary and branch in South China.
Feiliks Logistics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. [hereinafter referred to as "Shenzhen Feiliks"] is a wholly owned subsidiary of Jiangsu Feiliks International Logistics Co., Ltd. It is located in Futian Bonded Area, separated from Hong Kong by a river. The company was registered and established in Shenzhen in October 2005 (registered name: Suzhou Feili Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. Shenzhen Branch), and formed a team to begin operations in December 2005, mainly operating freight forwarding business; in October 2006, it was registered and established in Shenzhen Futian Bonded Area under its current name, Feiliks Logistics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., mainly operating bonded warehousing and logistics business. The company has a registered capital of USD 1.79 million, manages a warehouse area of nearly 40,000 square meters, and currently has 300 employees, including nearly 130 dispatched labor employees.
Shenzhen Feiliks focuses on the design and execution of integrated logistics solutions for import and export customs clearance, freight forwarding, transportation and distribution, warehousing services, distribution processing, product distribution, and assembly and shipment of hardware equipment and components related to the IT industry.
