Chengdu Jiacheng Xinyue Property Management Group Co., Ltd. was established on February 11, 2010. It has obtained the national first-class qualification for property services and the 'Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety' three-standard certification. It has been honored as one of the top 100 property management companies in China in terms of comprehensive strength and as a AAA-level credit-worthy property service enterprise in Sichuan Province. It currently serves as the deputy secretary-general unit of the China Property Management Association, the deputy director unit of the Standardization Working Committee of the China Property Management Association, the executive director unit and vice president unit of the Sichuan Real Estate Association, and the president unit of the Chengdu Property Management Association.
