Zhonghuan Zhonghuan Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) Guangdong Branch

Zhonghuan Zhonghuan Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) was renamed from Zhonghuan Haihua Certified Public Accountants in October 2015 after a "strong alliance" with the main team of Zhongshen Yatai Certified Public Accountants. Zhonghuan Haihua Certified Public Accountants was established in 1987, with its predecessor being Wuhan Zhonghua Certified Public Accountants, jointly initiated by the Ministry of Finance's China Financial Consulting Company and the Wuhan Municipal Finance Bureau. In 1998, upon approval, it was restructured into Wuhan Zhonghuan Certified Public Accountants, becoming one of the first large-scale accounting firms in China approved by the state to engage in securities and futures business, as well as financial business audit qualifications. Zhongshen Yatai Certified Public Accountants was established in August 1988, affiliated with the National Audit Office, and was a department-level public institution. In 1999, it was restructured into Zhongshen Certified Public Accountants upon approval by the Ministry of Finance and the National Audit Office, and after merging with Yunnan Yatai Zhonghui Certified Public Accountants in 2008, it was renamed Zhongshen Yatai Certified Public Accountants. The Guangdong Branch was a branch institution directly established by Zhongshen Certified Public Accountants in Guangdong in September 2006, originally named "Guangdong Branch of Zhongshen Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd.", which was changed to: Zhongshen Yatai Certified Public Accountants Guangdong Branch in 2009, and after merging with Zhonghuan Haihua in November 2015, it was changed to: Zhonghuan Zhonghuan Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) Guangdong Branch.
