Company development history:


In 2005, listed state-owned enterprise Xiangyou Technology initiated the establishment of Guoyou Media, mainly engaged in satellite communication data transmission business, aiming to address and solve the common business data transmission bottleneck problems in postal and savings outlets


In mid-2006, the main business was transformed to digital commercial advertising, and branches were successively established in Beijing, Hunan, and Sichuan, building a three-province postal information network platform and putting it into commercial use


In 2010, it won the bid for the postal video media project of China Post Group Corporation, signed the "Cooperation Contract for the Construction of Video Systems in National Postal Business Outlets", clarifying Guoyou's exclusive project construction and operation rights


In 2013, Guoyou Media had been incorporated as part of China Post's marketing business


In 2014, based on Xiangyou Technology's Youfutong project, it partnered with Youyitong Information Company to expand convenience financial services + convenience life services based on the China Post platform, as well as mobile Internet + industry solutions and other businesses


In July 2015, Guoyou Media officially acquired Hunan Youyitong Information Technology Co., Ltd. Based on the resources of the China Post platform, it focused on cross-sector integrated operations in finance, e-commerce, and media, initially building a new commercial operation model of China Post's convenience financial new media platform, forming Guoyou Media's current new business development pattern of "rural e-commerce as the main body, with convenience finance and smart media as the two wings"
