深圳联合数字出版服务有限公司成立于2001年4月17日，是香港联合出版（集团）有限公司的全资成员机构，是集团旗下六家兄弟单位——三联书店（香港）有限公司、中华书局（香港）有限公司、商务印书馆（香港）有限公司、万里机构出版有限公司、新雅文化事业有限公司、香港中和出版有限公司在内地的文化产业交流服务平台。公司立足深圳，主营出版物、印刷品及电子出版物设计制作业务，兼有香港与内地的优势，已建成为一个布局完善、人才密集、技术先进的文化产业服务基地，为培育21世纪的出版人贡献力量。我公司6个工作室——三联、中华、商务、万里、新雅、中和，承担了香港母公司编辑、设计、排版的大量工作，公司员工绝大多数都是高学历的专业型人才，目前在岗职工保持在50-60人左右。每年策划、编辑、设计、制作的图书达300-400种销往港澳台海外地区，也有部份图书版权转售给内地，再由内地出版社制作成简体版发行。各工作室参与编辑、设计的图书多次获得国内外多个奖项，为中港两地文化交流做出了很大贡献。
