Mo Bozhi Office

"Guangzhou Mo Bozhi Architects" is a design firm approved by the Ministry of Construction of China and established in 1995, holding a Class A design qualification certificate for architectural engineering in the construction industry. The founder of the firm, Mo Bozhi, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and a master of architectural design, has long been engaged in architectural engineering design and urban planning, possessing rich theoretical knowledge and practical experience. In 1993, on the occasion of its 40th anniversary, the Architectural Society of China announced the awarding of "Excellent Architectural Creation Awards" to 62 architectural designs nationwide between 1953 and 1988, and "Architectural Creation Awards" to 8 architectural designs nationwide between 1988 and 1992. Among these two awards, Mo Bozhi's works accounted for 7 items (including the White Swan Hotel, designed in collaboration with She Junan), representing one-tenth of the total 70 award-winning works. Mo Bozhi was the architect with the most awarded projects in this award ceremony. In 2001, Mo Bozhi received the first Liang Sicheng Architecture Award issued by the Ministry of Construction. Since its establishment, Guangzhou Mo Bozhi Architects has undertaken design tasks including public buildings such as cultural and sports facilities, museums, courthouses, star-rated hotels, and office buildings, as well as apartment and real estate development projects. Projects designed and completed by our firm have been well received in practical use. In past excellent design selections, our firm has won awards at various levels.
