Tongmu Holding Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Tongmu Holding), formerly the Changsha Tongmu Construction Engineering Team founded in 1965, through half a century of hard work and experience, has developed into a diversified enterprise group with registered capital of over 100 million yuan and total assets of over 500 million yuan, covering business fields such as construction, real estate development, tourism investment, and agricultural investment.
The Group has five independently legal-person subsidiaries including Changsha Tongmu Construction Co., Ltd., Hunan Tongmu Road & Bridge Co., Ltd., Hunan Tongmu Water Conservancy Engineering Co., Ltd., Changsha Tongmu Labor Service Co., Ltd., and Hainan Tongmu Construction Co., Ltd., as well as six construction branch companies. It holds more than ten construction qualifications, including Grade I General Contracting for Building Construction and Municipal Engineering Construction, Grade I Professional Contracting for Foundation and Base Engineering, Highway Engineering, Steel Structure, Earthwork and Stonework, Decoration and Renovation, Water Conservancy and Hydropower, as well as industry operating qualifications approved by the Administration for Industry and Commerce such as real estate development, project investment, asset management, and enterprise management consulting. It has passed the integrated certification of Quality Management System (GB/T19001), Environmental Management System (GB/T24001), and Occupational Health and Safety Management System (GB/T28001).
