Chongqing Xinyu Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") is a nationwide non-bank financial institution approved by the China Banking Regulatory Commission, with a registered capital (paid-in capital) of RMB 3 billion. It is registered in Chongqing and was established by Bank of Chongqing (1963.HK) as the main initiator holding 51% of the shares. Other shareholders include well-known domestic enterprises such as Tus Holdings.
Guided by national industrial policies, the Company will adopt a differentiated competitive strategy and distinctive business services, firmly seize the major opportunities presented by the "Belt and Road" Initiative, the Yangtze River Economic Belt, the China-Singapore (Chongqing) Strategic Connectivity Demonstration Project, and Chongqing's development into an important domestic functional financial center. It will closely integrate shareholder advantages and regional economic characteristics, closely align with the needs of supply-side structural reform, focus on developing strategic emerging manufacturing and traditional manufacturing, and on this basis expand into other markets suitable for financial leasing.
The Company will be based in Chongqing, extend its reach to western China, serve the development of the real economy nationwide, and strive to become a standardized, professional, and distinctive first-class domestic financial leasing company.
