中国民航局第二研究所是我国民航行业内专业从事高新技术应用开发的科研机构，其前身为中国民航总局科学研究所，1958年12月11日在北京成立，现位于四川省成都市二环路南二段17号。
中国民航局第二研究所主要从事民航信息管理系统、空中交通管理系统、机场弱电系统、航空物流系统、航空安全管理系统、航空化学产品、农林航空产品的设计、研究、开发及科技成果产业化推广，同时还承担了航化产品适航性能、飞机非金属材料阻燃性能、农林航空喷洒设备、空管自动化系统、空管雷达系统的技术测试及航油适航审定、民航节能减排监测等民航行业技术支持工作。
