Beijing Guanghuan Telecommunications Group was founded in 1981 with a registered capital of RMB 33.9729 million. It is a communications construction enterprise approved by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China, holding a Grade II general contracting qualification for communications engineering and a Grade I specialized contracting qualification for electronic and intelligent engineering.
