Hunan United Zhiwei Information Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2017 and is the Hunan Operations Center specially established by the 15th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation for the Hunan market. The 15th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation was founded in 1958, covers an area of 235 mu, with a building area of 167,400 square meters, has more than 7,000 employees, and an annual output scale of more than 8 billion. It is one of the earliest-established and largest comprehensive computing technology research institutes in China.
