CCCC Infrastructure Maintenance Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CCCC Maintenance Group") is a strategic decision and forward-looking layout made by China Communications Construction Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as "China Communications Construction") in its journey to build a "Five-Section CCCC" and "take the lead in becoming a globally competitive enterprise", focusing on supply-side structural reform. It is a specialized sub-group established by integrating high-quality resources of internal and external maintenance businesses, responsible for carrying out comprehensive infrastructure construction, management, and maintenance services. It is a major component of China Communications Construction's full industry chain of "investment-construction-operation".

CCCC Maintenance Group possesses qualifications including Grade A for comprehensive engineering investigation, Grade A for highway industry design, Grade I for general contracting of highway engineering construction, Grade A for engineering consulting, comprehensive Grade A for highway engineering testing and inspection, special qualifications for bridge and tunnel testing and inspection of highway engineering, Grade B for architectural industry design, Grade B for municipal industry design specialty, Grade III for general contracting of municipal public works construction and building engineering construction, professional contracting qualifications for highway subgrade engineering, pavement engineering, foundation engineering, bridge engineering, tunnel engineering, and special engineering (structural reinforcement), and qualifications for highway maintenance engineering construction practice in Category I, Category II (Grade A), and Category III (Grade A), as well as qualification accreditation certificates for inspection and testing institutions, national laboratory accreditation certificates, and national inspection institution accreditation certificates. The group has passed certification for quality, environment, occupational health and safety management systems.
