Sinochem Petrochemical Sales Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sinochem Chem-Sales") was established in April 2017 with the approval of Sinochem Group. It is an important part of Sinochem Group's Energy Business Division, undertaking the domestic and international trading of bulk petrochemical products for the Group. Annual product sales exceed 7 million tons, with sales revenue exceeding RMB 20 billion.

As a new company established by Sinochem Group to deepen internal corporate reforms, Sinochem Chem-Sales has integrated outstanding marketing teams and talents from all parts of the Group. It will fully leverage Sinochem Group's marketing and trading advantages, striving to build an internal unified sales platform for bulk petrochemical products, an external professional operation platform, and a comprehensive service and e-commerce platform for the Energy Business Division, providing one-stop, all-round quality services to upstream and downstream customers and achieving mutual benefit and win-win results.

The headquarters of Sinochem Chem-Sales is located in Shanghai, with regional branches in Quanzhou, Nanjing, Guangzhou, etc., such as Fujian, East China, and South China branches, and it has also established Sinochem Trading (Singapore) Co., Ltd. overseas. System enterprises also include Sinochem Liaoning Company. Additionally, transfer warehouses are equipped in Dongguan, Jiangyin, Taizhou, Lianyungang, Dongying, etc., and good cooperative relationships have been established with major coastal ports to stay close to the market and provide convenient services to customers. Through a strong distribution network, it can meet the domestic and international resource allocation needs of the upstream and downstream industrial chain.

As the unified sales platform for the Group's bulk petrochemical products, Sinochem Chem-Sales is responsible for the sales of petrochemical products from the Quanzhou Petrochemical 12 million tons/year oil refining project. Main products include LPG, raffinate-4, pure benzene, toluene, mixed xylene, naphtha, MTBE, sulfur, polypropylene, petroleum coke, asphalt, etc. Quanzhou Petrochemical is the first large-scale refining and chemical enterprise wholly owned and built by Sinochem Group, which was completed and put into operation in July 2014, with an annual crude oil processing capacity of 12 million tons. It has 19 refining and chemical process units, including atmospheric and vacuum distillation, catalytic cracking, continuous reforming, polypropylene, and diesel hydrotreating, reaching "leading and internationally first-class" levels in seven aspects, including product quality and process routes, with excellent product quality and high market recognition. Meanwhile, Sinochem Chem-Sales has established good and stable cooperative relationships with many large petrochemical enterprises in the Asia-Pacific, Middle East, Europe, and the Americas.
