Located in Shanghai, China, Shanghai Fuchi High-Tech Co., Ltd. ("Fuchi High-Tech") is a manufacturer of Metal Injection Molding (MIM) products. Founded in November 1999, Fuchi High-Tech is one of the earliest MIM enterprises in China and one of the earliest MIM product manufacturers in the Yangtze River Delta region. Committed to producing small, complex 3D-shaped high-performance metal structural parts using MIM technology, the company provides cost-effective MIM parts in large quantities, offering strong support for customers to continuously enhance their market competitiveness.

With the continuous development of the company and the expansion of business scope, to explore the MIM market more extensively and effectively, Fuchi High-Tech established a branch in Hong Kong - Fuchi High-Tech (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. Today, Fuchi High-Tech supplies high-quality, stable MIM components in large quantities to industries such as automotive, optical communications, wireless communications, electronics, medical, and hardware machinery, making positive contributions to China's precision manufacturing industry and the development of MIM technology.

Since its development from 1999 to now, Fuchi High-Tech has achieved rapid growth. Currently, the company owns more than 120 sets of injection molding equipment and about 87 sets of debinding and sintering equipment. Through over a decade of MIM product R&D and mass production, the company has accumulated rich product development experience across more than a thousand varieties. In 2001, Fuchi High-Tech was recognized as a "Shanghai High-Tech Enterprise" and obtained certifications for ISO/TS16949:2009, ISO14001:2004, and GB/T28001:2001. Fuchi High-Tech is increasingly recognized by international customers for its stable quality and mass production of MIM products. Currently, Fuchi High-Tech has an actual production capacity of 30 to 40 million parts per month (approximately 10-15 tons of MIM products).

Development History

November 1999: Shanghai Fuchi High-Tech Co., Ltd. was established.

June 2001: The company was recognized as a Shanghai High-Tech Enterprise, and the FH metal powder injection molding project was rated as an A-level project by the Shanghai High-Tech Achievement Transformation Center.

June 2001: The company successfully passed the ISO9002:1994 quality system certification.

July 2001: Implementation of the Shanghai Technology Industrialization Project (powder metallurgy injection products) Torch Plan.

December 2003: Completion of the Torch Plan.

April 2004: The company relocated to a new site, tripling production area and improving transportation convenience.

June 2004: The company successfully passed the Quality Management System (GB/T19001-2000 idt ISO 9001:2000) certification.

January 2008: Obtained ISO/TS16949 quality management system certification.

January 2008: Establishment of the SF Division of Shanghai Fuchi High-Tech Co., Ltd.

February 2008: Received A-level certification again from the Shanghai High-Tech Achievement Transformation Center.

December 2008: Awarded the honorary title of "Harmonious Labor Relations Enterprise."

December 2008: Honored with the "CCB Cup" Second Shanghai Housing Provident Fund Integrity Payment Enterprise title.

March 2011: Again awarded the honorary title of "Harmonious Labor Relations Enterprise."

November 2011: Successfully passed environmental and occupational health management system certifications.

2013: Shenzhen branch established and put into operation.
