The Group was founded in 1993, headquartered in Luohu, Shenzhen. It owns its own Logistics Technology Research Institute and has branches or subsidiaries in Beijing, Guangming Shenzhen, Qiaotou Dongguan, Northwest China and East China. As early as 2003, it passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification. As a large national high-tech enterprise focusing on intelligent logistics for nearly 30 years, Tianhe Shuangli has formed industry advantages in the field of logistics system integration centered on conveying and sorting. Tianhe Shuangli (Dongguan) Intelligent Logistics Equipment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Tianhe Shuangli Dongguan Company") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Group, mainly engaged in the design and manufacture of intelligent logistics equipment such as telescopic machines. It has now opened and commenced operations, and is another large-scale modern logistics equipment industrial park of Tianhe Shuangli. It is located in Qiaotou Town, Dongguan City, covering an area of 30,000 square meters, with an annual planned telescopic machine production capacity of 500 million, and huge development potential.

Facing the new era of artificial intelligence and the new wave of Industry 4.0, Tianhe Shuangli opens a new first year of intelligent services, focusing on the two major fields of "smart factory and intelligent equipment".
