诊所由医学硕士、原武汉经济技术开发区神龙医院中医康复科主任刘傲霜主任医师于2010年开设，开展中西结合论治，针灸推拿拔罐，高中低频电疗，颈椎腰椎牵引，中医辨证调养，附设药房煎药等业务。9年来，诊所年平均门诊诊疗近1万人次，基本成为区内颈肩腰腿痛患者的*就诊地。目前，诊所已经开通东风医保门诊结算系统，并即将开通武汉医保门诊结算系统，病源稳定且稳步增长。
