Hunan Lugu Development Group Co., Ltd. is a platform company directly under Changsha High-tech Zone. In order to effectively integrate the state-owned enterprise resources of Changsha High-tech Zone, the Management Committee of Changsha High-tech Zone comprehensively integrated the state-owned enterprises of the zone on the basis of injecting all assets of the original zone-owned platform enterprise Changsha High-tech Holding Group Co., Ltd., and was established in August 2020. It is one of the four functional enterprise groups of the municipal state-owned assets strategic platform of Changsha City. The group company has the national first-class qualification for real estate development enterprises.
Hunan Lugu Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. (Lugu Construction) is a wholly state-owned enterprise under the group, with a registered capital of 320 million yuan. The company has ten enterprise qualifications including Grade I General Contracting for Construction Engineering Construction and Grade I General Contracting for Municipal Public Works Construction. It is a second-level subsidiary under Changgao Holding. The company currently has more than 700 engineering technical and economic personnel with professional titles, including more than 130 senior and intermediate technical personnel with professional titles, and more than 400 junior technical personnel with professional titles; more than 350 full-time personnel in various positions and more than 120 constructors, all working with certificates.
