Chongqing Jieli Wheel Hub Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established in 1996. It is one of the motorcycle and automobile aluminum alloy wheel hub manufacturing enterprises integrating R&D, production, sales, and self-operated import and export.
The company was originally located in Jiulongpo District, Chongqing. In 2006, it relocated as a whole to Dianjiang County Industrial Park, covering an area of 200 mu, with a factory and supporting facilities building area of 80,000 square meters. It has more than 800 sets of various advanced production equipment, with an annual output of 10 million aluminum alloy wheel hubs and sales revenue of 1 billion yuan.
The company currently has more than 1,500 employees, including more than 100 middle- and senior-level engineering and technical personnel of various types. At the same time, in order to achieve excellent manufacturing of products, the factory is currently equipped with advanced production equipment for mold design and manufacturing, casting, heat treatment, surface coating, machining, assembly, and various advanced testing instruments and equipment. It has also established a complete technical R&D center and testing center, capable of independently developing motorcycle and automobile aluminum alloy wheel molds and products, and now has more than 100 patent projects. Its domestic aluminum wheel hub market share ranks first, and its products are exported to India, Southeast Asia, Japan, the Middle East, South America, Europe, the United States, and other markets, with annual export value reaching 50 million US dollars.
