Chongqing Nanming Food Technology Co., Ltd. is an innovative food ecosystem enterprise integrating research, production, sales, and delivery. Founded in 2017, its Nanjiao brand pioneered the Southern-style dumplings, and has been piloted and achieved great success in seven provinces and cities including Chongqing, Chengdu, Kunming, Guiyang, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen.
In January 2022, it reached a strategic cooperation agreement with a production unit under the All China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives. In the same year, it launched its layout to enter the capital market. The joint-stock company will be jointly held by five institutions—the founding unit of the sales group, local sales partner units, employee stock ownership platform, capital group, and functional company—together with the founder, realizing the entrepreneurial original intention of value sharing and coexistence of interests.
