Founded in 1952, the company was renamed as "China Construction Second Engineering Bureau Installation Engineering Co., Ltd." after restructuring in December 2007, with a registered capital of 100 million yuan. It holds first-class qualifications for general contracting of mechanical and electrical engineering, professional contracting of building mechanical and electrical installation, professional contracting of steel structure engineering, professional contracting of electronic and intelligent engineering, second-class qualifications for general contracting of building construction, third-class qualifications for general contracting of municipal public utilities, second-class qualifications for general contracting of petrochemical engineering, and also possesses construction qualifications for special equipment boiler installation and modification (Class I) and pressure pipeline installation (GB1, GB2, GC2, GD1). In 1995, it passed the quality management system certification, and in 2003, it passed the environmental management system and occupational health and safety management system certifications. In 2015, it obtained the special Grade B qualification for light steel structure engineering design.
