The company headquarters is located in Liby Center in the Bai'etan Riverside Economic Business Circle. Kai Sheng Holdings is an investment management platform established on the basis of Liby's daily chemical industry, aiming to achieve diversified operations and sustainable development.
Kai Sheng Holdings will serve as the future international headquarters for overall business development, managing all its invested businesses in a unified manner, reorganizing and integrating existing businesses, providing financial support for domestic and overseas business expansion, and establishing independent industrial platforms according to industry classification. Meanwhile, it promotes the incubation of new industries through Kai Sheng Holdings to achieve diversified operations.
Kai Sheng Holdings currently comprises five business platforms and eight companies.
1. The five business platforms are:
Daily Chemical Platform, Health Platform, Financial Platform, Real Estate and Property Platform, and Media Platform.
2. The eight companies are:
Guangzhou Liby Enterprise Group Co., Ltd., Guangzhou High New Gizi Cosmetics Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Chaowei Daily Chemical Co., Ltd., Guangdong Province Guangzhou International Medical Port Co., Ltd., Baokai Daorong Investment Holdings Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Fukai Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Beehive Media Co., Ltd., and Yileyuan Brand Management Co., Ltd.
