Changsha Military-Civilian Advanced Technology Research Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Advanced Institute") is a new military-civilian integration research and development institution jointly established by China Electronics Corporation and the Changsha Municipal Government, integrating technology transfer and commercialization, research and innovation of common key technologies for military-civilian dual use, collaborative innovation in military-civilian science and technology, project incubation, cultivation of emerging industries, and strategic research on military-civilian integration development.
China Electronics and the Changsha Municipal Government have long enjoyed a good relationship of trust and a solid foundation for cooperation. The two sides have achieved comprehensive and in-depth cooperation in areas such as military-civilian integration, independent and controllable technologies, park development, and intelligent manufacturing. To further deepen the cooperation model of "research institute + sub-group + industrial park" and jointly promote the in-depth development of military-civilian integration in Changsha, the two sides jointly initiated the establishment of the Advanced Institute on the basis of prior cooperation.
Focusing closely on the path of "collaborative innovation in military-civilian integration," the Advanced Institute builds platforms through multiple dimensions, seizes key frontier projects, and strives for excellence in improving service quality, pushing military-civilian integration development to achieve new and greater accomplishments.
