Zhongqing Hongye (Beijing) Engineering Quality Testing and Appraisal Co., Ltd. is a technical institution specialized in construction engineering quality testing, appraisal, and reinforcement design services. The company was established in 2012 with a registered capital of 16.675 million yuan. Its predecessor was the Nondestructive Testing Division of Beijing Third Testing Institute. At the time of establishment, its registered name was Beijing Zhongqing Hongye Engineering Quality Testing Co., Ltd. Since its inception, the company has adhered to high industry standards and has obtained the Metrology Certification (CMA) issued by Beijing Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, Laboratory and Inspection Body Accreditation Certificates (CNAS) issued by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment, the Construction Engineering Design Qualification Certificate issued by the Beijing Municipal Planning Commission, and the High-tech Enterprise Certificate of Zhongguancun Desheng Science and Technology Park issued by the Administrative Committee of Zhongguancun High-tech Enterprises.
