National Electronic Engineering Construction and Environmental Performance Quality Supervision and Inspection Center / CPI Engineering Research Testing and Evaluation Center Co., Ltd. / Electronic Industry Special Production Environment Technology and Equipment Research and Testing Center (hereinafter referred to as the Center). The Center was established in 1999 with the approval of the former Ministry of Information Industry. In 2010, with a registered capital of 50.01 million yuan, it became an independent third-party inspection and testing institution. It currently holds the authorization certificate (CAL) of the National Electronic Engineering Construction and Environmental Performance Quality Supervision and Inspection Center and the laboratory qualification accreditation (CMA) certificate issued by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration, the laboratory qualification accreditation (CMA) certificate issued by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, the laboratory accreditation (CNAS testing) certificate and inspection body accreditation (CNAS inspection) certificate issued by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment, the qualification for construction engineering quality testing, the qualification for judicial appraisal, and the class B qualification for water conservancy engineering measurement, concrete, and geotechnical engineering. It has been awarded the titles of Beijing High-tech Enterprise, Beijing Design Innovation Center, Standard Innovation Pilot Unit, Patent Pilot Unit, and Zhongguancun Open Laboratory. It has joined 11 testing-related associations and societies, and has been respectively awarded the "Enterprise with the Most Development Potential" by the China Electronic Enterprise Association, the "2017 National Electronic Information Industry Innovative Enterprise", and the "Outstanding Award for Scientific and Technological Innovation Enterprise" by the China Quality Evaluation Association.
The Center currently has 108 personnel, with graduate degree holders accounting for over 37.3% and senior technical title holders accounting for approximately 14.7%. It possesses more than 520 sets of advanced testing instruments and equipment from home and abroad. At present, the inspection and testing business covers six fields: environmental performance testing (cleanroom performance testing, electromagnetic environment, vibration performance, noise environment), data centers (verification and acceptance, operational testing, etc.), energy conservation and green evaluation (system monitoring, ventilation and air conditioning testing, green evaluation), engineering testing (structural engineering, water conservancy and hydropower engineering, municipal transportation engineering, decoration engineering, geotechnical engineering, etc.), engineering material testing (building materials, water conservancy and hydropower materials, municipal materials, etc.), and judicial appraisal (construction engineering quality appraisal).
