上海氢晨新能源科技有限公司（简称氢晨科技）为落实上海交通大学“氢科学与技术创新中心”战略而成立的应业化公司，具有丰富的燃料电池电堆开发经验，在燃料电池电堆方面具备一定的工程设计和批量化制造能力。公司已累计开发了基于H2 技术的 80kM、100kW、120kW、150kW 四款具有自主知识产权的车用燃料电池电堆，实现批量交付，广泛应用于商用车、公交车、BRT 和重卡等场景。H2技术与特斯拉、华为、宁德时代等一道荣获十大“全球新能源汽车创新技术奖”。
2021 年12 月，氢晨科技隆重发布H3技术和单堆230 kw 的大功率燃料电池电堆，2022 年8月突破单堆 300kW燃料电池技术，标志着我国燃料电池技术进入世界先进行列。氢晨科技在质子交换膜电解水制氢技术也在积极布局，已形成质子交换膜电解槽设备设计与生产能力。
