On July 1, 2016, it absorbed and merged with the former Changsha Hi-tech Zone Public Infrastructure Construction Management Co., Ltd., and was later renamed Changsha Lugu Construction Development Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as "Lugu Jianfa"). The company has a registered capital of 200 million yuan, and as of the end of June 2017, its total assets amounted to 5.439 billion yuan. The company's business scope includes real estate development and operation, industrial real estate development, property management, self-owned real estate business activities, housing leasing, site leasing, municipal public engineering construction, housing construction engineering construction, and engineering consulting.
