自1978年于香港九龙万丽酒店开设首间花店，花悦已成为香港***花店之一，多年来不断扩展业务。 时至今日，花悦在香港瑰丽酒店, 香港君悦酒店、沙田凯悦酒店 、 尖沙咀凯悦酒店、 万丽海景酒店、香港洲际酒店、港怡医院 及 广州瑰丽酒店设有分店。
花悦提供广泛的鲜花服务，无论是一束纪念特别时刻的花束、婚礼场地或主题宴会花饰布置，花悦都为每个不同场合设计别出心裁的鲜花。
1994-2012年，花悦于菲律宾新世界马加智市酒店及马尼拉凯悦酒店娱乐场设立分店，开始拓展海外业务。
2008-2015年，花悦在武汉新世界酒店及大连新世界酒店设立分店，并在深圳君悦酒店设置花艺装饰摆设制作工场，为酒店设计及配衬花艺装饰摆设。
2013年开始至今，花悦的专业花艺设计团队更进驻北京新世界酒店 ,北京瑰丽酒店 及 广州瑰丽酒店。
