I. Company Profile China Construction Fourth Engineering Bureau South China Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") is located in Huangpu District, Guangzhou, and is a construction and investment entity in Guangdong under China Construction Fourth Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. Established in 1997, the Company originated from the "vanguard" of the Fourth Bureau in the Guangdong market - the Guangdong Branch of the Fourth Bureau, and was renamed South China Branch of the Fourth Bureau in 2003. In 2019, it was registered as an independent legal entity in Huangpu District, Guangzhou, under the name China Construction Fourth Engineering Bureau South China Construction Co., Ltd., and officially relocated to Huangpu District, embarking on a new journey.
