Shenzhen Baoxinghang Industrial Group was founded in 2011. Its predecessors were Hong Kong Haitong Industrial (2004) and Baoxing International Wines Shenzhen Co., Ltd. (2009). In May 2021, Baoxinghang established a subsidiary in Shanghai. Since its establishment, the company has deeply cultivated two major sectors: parallel-import automobiles and Old World fine wines, and has offices in multiple overseas countries. Automobile - parallel import includes high-end brands such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Porsche, Land Rover, Maserati, and Bentley. It is an integrated solution supplier for overseas direct sourcing, professional buyers, and parallel automobile import supply chains. For wines, it focuses on importing Old World fine wines from prestigious chateaux, and maintains long-term deep cooperation with France's Dilon Group (Haut-Brion family), Portet family, Lurton family, Rothschild family, Burgundy's Pommard winery, AG family, Bichot family, the French Ministry of Agriculture, etc., as well as Italy's PICCINI family. In June 2024, it was awarded a plaque by the French Senate - the official representative in China of the French Red Wine Culture Center. In 2025, Baoxinghang reached a strategic cooperation with Penfolds and became a Penfolds T1 first-tier agent. Its agency products mainly include Australian Penfolds 389, 407, 707, Grange, and French Penfolds 585, 543.
