In 2020, JD Group acquired full ownership of Wuxing Electric Appliances and established a new company, "JD Wuxing Electric Appliances Group Co., Ltd.", to comprehensively advance its omni-channel strategic layout. The two parties integrate online and offline advantages, adopting a "one city, one store" model to create JD Electrical Super Experience Stores (or JD MALL) and JD Electrical City Flagship Stores nationwide with high standards, accelerating the development of another JD Electric Appliances in the offline sector.
