Changsha Tianxin State-owned Capital Operation Group Co., Ltd.

Approved by the Tianxin District People's Government, Changsha Tianxin State-owned Capital Operation Group Co., Ltd. was registered and established on October 15, 2019. The company is a wholly state-owned company primarily engaged in the operation of state-owned urban construction capital, with the nature of an investment company, and is a corporate legal person operating in accordance with the requirements of a modern enterprise system. Its main responsibilities are: to undertake the strategic planning of Tianxin District's operating groups, major investment decisions, and to allocate resources and exercise unified management over subsidiary sector companies in project implementation, financial management, risk control, and other aspects. The company has four wholly-owned subsidiaries: Hunan Tianxin Cultural and Creative Development Co., Ltd., Changsha Tianhui Medical Investment Co., Ltd., Changsha Tiancheng Industrial Development Co., Ltd., and Changsha Tian'an Real Estate Co., Ltd. By decision of the District People's Government, on November 1, 2019, 100% equity of the above four subsidiaries was injected into the district state-owned capital company. It also has two controlled operating companies: Hunan Tianxin Talent Group Co., Ltd. and Hunan Zhongyu Building Materials Co., Ltd., holding 51% of the shares of both companies. According to the current operational and management needs of the company, there are one chairman, one general manager, and one chief supervisor (leaders within the system), three deputy general managers, and two subsidiary heads; there are nine departments, namely the Administration Department, Human Resources Department, Planning and Finance Department, Financing Department, Legal Affairs Department, Preliminary Development Department, Industrial Development Department, Project Management Department, and Asset Operations Department.
