It holds Grade I General Contracting Qualification for Housing Construction, Grade I Specialized Contracting Qualification for Building Decoration, Grade II Specialized Contracting Qualification for Waterproof, Anti-corrosion and Thermal Insulation Engineering, Grade II Specialized Contracting Qualification for Building Decoration, Grade II Specialized Contracting Qualification for Fire Protection Facilities Engineering, Grade II Specialized Contracting Qualification for Curtain Wall Engineering, Grade II Specialized Contracting Qualification for Electronic and Intelligent Engineering, Grade III General Contracting Qualification for Municipal Public Works Construction, Grade III Specialized Contracting Qualification for Building Mechanical and Electrical Installation Engineering, and Grade III Specialized Contracting Qualification for Lifting Equipment Installation Engineering, with total assets exceeding 3 billion yuan.
