In 2020, in response to the dual challenges of international trade barriers and food safety in the pandemic era, Yuhu Group actively responded to and cooperated with the national food safety strategy and the dual circulation strategy, formulated Yuhu Cold Chain's China strategy, and established the Greater China headquarters of Yuhu Cold Chain in Hong Kong - Yuhu Cold Chain (China) Co., Ltd.
Yuhu Cold Chain is a cold chain food supply chain enterprise under Yuhu Group. Relying on its self-owned international high-standard digital and intelligent cold chain park industrial cluster, it provides one-stop domestic and international procurement agency, warehousing, dry storage and distribution logistics solutions, full-chain innovative financial support, and high-quality living and office services. It creates offline circulation standards, empowers online digital trade, and builds a dual-circulation industrial ecosystem.
Yuhu Cold Chain will build 10 regional centers in core logistics hub cities in China, and 30 city distribution centers in major logistics node cities, realizing a multi-level circulation physical network layout. Through innovative business models, it empowers the industry with three core capabilities: 1- Spot trading center, creating domestic bonded forward warehouses, integrating domestic and overseas fast cold chain logistics networks, achieving rapid connectivity of global cold chain food from source to Chinese dining tables, innovating modern trading and delivery methods, shortening the chain and improving efficiency; 2- Quality assurance center, cooperating with international standard research institutions to explore the connection between international standards and Greater Bay Area standards. At the same time, it sends quality inspection specialists to upstream supply sources such as farms and manufacturers, and ensures the provision of international quality cold chain food through standard upgrades and guidance in practice; 3- Credit empowerment platform, empowering all links of both domestic and overseas supply chains bidirectionally, reducing costs and improving efficiency.
Investing heavily in heavy-asset, long-cycle livelihood projects reflects both Yuhu Group's firm confidence in China's prospects and its strong strength. Yuhu Group's Greater China cold chain strategy and investment plan have received attention and support from governments at all levels and industry enterprises. The project is advancing rapidly, and will quickly form an 'imported cold chain food supply chain +' industry cluster and demonstration effect, connecting the domestic network, importing overseas supplier ecosystem resources, introducing international cold chain technology, food safety standards and supply chain services, revitalizing and empowering upstream and downstream, and weaving together an integrated Yuhu Cold Chain network.

Yuhu Cold Chain Rapid Deployment Across the Country
Deploying in the Greater Bay Area: On February 6, 2021, Yuhu Cold Chain Guangzhou project signed an investment agreement; On March 16, 2021, Yuhu Cold Chain acquired about 312 mu of industrial land in Huadu District, Guangzhou, and the Guangzhou project was officially launched and construction began rapidly, ranking as the 'No. 1' project during the '14th Five-Year Plan' period for cooperation between Guangdong Province and multinational enterprises. Currently, the Yuhu Cold Chain Guangzhou project has been fully topped out; On January 28, 2022, Yuhu Cold Chain signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with the Jiedong District Government of Jieyang City, planning to invest in the construction of Yuhu Cold Chain (Jieyang) Trading Center, and on March 13, 2023, completed the acquisition of about 472 mu of land. The project has now entered the earthwork excavation and backfilling stage, which will drive high-quality industrial development.
Advancing into the Southwest: On December 1, 2020, Yuhu Cold Chain Chengdu project signed an investment agreement; On December 28, 2020, Yuhu Cold Chain Meishan project signed an investment agreement, with a total planned area of 600 mu, and completed the acquisition of 384 mu of project land, planned to be built as a secondary hub supporting the western base; On September 14 and 23, 2021, Yuhu Cold Chain successfully acquired a total of 419 mu of project land in Qingbaijiang District, Chengdu, taking only 7 months from land requisition to delivery and certificate issuance. It will be built into a comprehensive modern service industry trading park integrating import and export trade, cold chain warehousing, auction, e-commerce, spot trading, logistics distribution, supply chain finance and other functions. Currently, the Yuhu Cold Chain Chengdu project's investment promotion center has been officially opened, and the first comprehensive supporting building has been topped out; The Yuhu Cold Chain Meishan project is undergoing earthwork backfilling and dynamic compaction.
Landing in Central China: In December 2021, Yuhu Cold Chain Wuhan project signed an investment agreement; On March 25, 2022, Yuhu Cold Chain successfully acquired 312 mu of land in Huangpi District, Wuhan, achieving 'start construction upon land acquisition'. It will be built into an international standard cold chain food base and a global first-level cold chain product trading center integrating warehousing, trading and supply chain finance, becoming a model for leading enterprises in Central China. Currently, the Yuhu Cold Chain Wuhan project has entered the foundation and main structure construction stage.
Driven by the national vigorous development of modern cold chain system layout and joint efforts of all parties, Yuhu Cold Chain continues to deploy in key hubs, lighting up the 'four horizontal and four vertical' national cold chain logistics backbone channel network, and with the construction of cold chain project groups, further unfolds a grand layout.
