Shenzhen Xiarui Technology Co., Ltd. was established on April 8, 2004. It is an enterprise specializing in SMT, DIP, testing, assembly of electronic products processing and EMS, and has been awarded as a *High-tech Unit by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China.
The company possesses various advanced electronic product processing equipment, including fully automatic screen printers, fully automatic mounters, hot reflow soldering machines, and automatic wave soldering machines. The company's factory building covers an area of 20,000 square meters, with more than 1,000 employees. Currently, there are 14 SMT lines with a daily standard capacity of 13 million points; four manual insertion lines with a daily standard capacity of 2 million points; two assembly and packaging lines. It is also equipped with solder paste inspection machines, offline AOI, ICT, XRAY, ROHS testers and other equipment. The company has a strong high-quality technical management team and applies ERP for management, achieving multi-directional monitoring of the entire process.


The company's placement equipment for chip components includes Japan YAMAHA, Universal high-precision mounters, and Hitachi modular machines. Its placement accuracy reaches CHIP components /0.1M/M, and it can handle more than a hundred types of tape-packaged components as well as tray and tube components. The automatic placement range is 0201 and above chip components. For integrated circuit placement, the company mainly uses YAMAHA laser/vision multi-function mounters, which can handle various package types of integrated circuits, including SO, SOP, SOJ, TSOP, TSSOP, QFP, TQFP, PLCC, QFN, LGA, BGA, etc. Among them, the accuracy of QFP packaged components can reach /0.08M/M. For BGA packaged components with a pin pitch of 0.20 and above, automatic placement can be achieved. In terms of manual insertion, the company handles board widths ranging from 50M/M to 450M/M. In terms of soldering processes, the company not only has strict management in adopting traditional processes, but also uses green environmental protection processes, namely lead-free processes, for processing.


The company has long regulated its operations with the ISO9001:2008 management system (certified: ISO13485, ISO14001, TS16949). Supplemented by SPI, XRAY, AOI inspection and multiple high-precision testers, to ensure that manufacturing quality reaches the industry's first-class level in the long term.
