CCCC Construction Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "CCCC Construction Group") is a core subsidiary of China Communications Construction Co., Ltd., a Fortune Global 500 central enterprise. It originated from the "Housing Construction Brigade" of the Ministry of Communications in 1975, and was restructured in September 2022 from the former CCCC Fourth Highway Engineering Bureau. It holds three special-grade qualifications for general contracting of construction, municipal, and highway engineering, as well as three Class-A qualifications for engineering design in construction, municipal, and highway industries, totaling 111 qualifications across 30 categories. It is a state-owned comprehensive large-scale construction enterprise integrating investment and financing, design and operation, construction and construction, and engineering services, with integrated engineering general contracting capabilities. It has been awarded the National Excellent Construction Enterprise and the Benchmark Enterprise in the Benchmarking Action for the Management of Key State-Owned Enterprises on multiple occasions, and has been recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise and a China Quality Integrity AAA Enterprise.
